It's not surprising that many people don't check the Prescribing Information (PI) leaflets included in their medicine packets. The design is user UNfriendly: the type is small, the typographic treatment is basic and doesn't help understanding, plus the information can be quite complex.
However, I'm not convinced that going digital will be the solution for all.
